Frequently Asked Questions

What do services cost?

Investing in your mental health is an integral part of overall wellness. Sessions typically last 50 minutes. The cost is $100 per session.

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider, but I can provide Superbills for my out-of-network clients. Many clients use their HSA/FSA cards to help with the cost of therapy. Please reach out with any questions, as I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.

Where are you located?

I offer in-person sessions at my office in Clayton, as well as secure telehealth sessions throughout Missouri.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, I offer in-person and online sessions. I'm based in the St. Louis area and provide therapy both in person and through telehealth across Missouri. I'm especially passionate about increasing access to specialized mental health care for women living in rural communities.

What happens during the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current challenges, your history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. You can also ask questions and get a sense of whether we feel like a good fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming in. Our first session is simply a place to begin.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet with me weekly or biweekly, especially when beginning therapy. Consistent sessions help us build a strong therapeutic relationship and create momentum toward your goals. Together, we’ll determine a cadence that best supports your needs.
